Since I awoke from my three month coma in August of 2004, I have

Adderall,Lexapro and Lunesta? My doctor has recently put me on 3 different types of medication.Adderall20mg (for problems with my concentration in school). Lexapro10mg(for my anxiety,whcih i embezzle with adderall) and lunesta 5mg (before i go to bed at night.) The book Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers is
regarded as a self help classic. Have you read it?
I read it many years ago and I was disappointed by the content
